Your application is taken very seriously, as we try to offer the public an array of interesting retail vendors. The Bump, Bub and Beyond reserves the right to refuse you access if we feel that your product and/or brand does not reflect the style, environment or image of event.

The Bup, Bub and Beyond will confirm receipt of your application upon submission of your application. This is not a confirmation of your stand at The Bump, Bub and Beyond. Final acceptance of your application will be via an invoice emailed to you and a confirmation email within 2 weeks of your application.

Fees specified in the invoice are to be paid with 72 hours of issue to secure your spot. If your application is approved but your fees are unpaid your spot will not be secure. If you’re invited into The Bump, Bub and Beyond, your fees can be paid by Paypal.

When you submit your application, you acknowledge and agree that the stand you apply for is space only. No back walls or gazebos will be supplied. Stands must be free-standing, no signage, display racks or decorations are permitted to be affixed to the venue.

You are responsible for the cleanliness of your stand space. All rubbish within the vicinity of your stand must be disposed of in an appropriate manner.

The Bump, Bub and Beyond  will not be liable for any loss, theft, damage or injury to persons or property, claims damages, costs and expenses arising out of any wilful or negligent act or omission of any person. You and your stand are your responsibility.

We do allow stand sharing provided but both stalls must be on the same application. We can not split the cost of the application, all applications will be charged as one stall.

Stall allocation will be decided by The Bump, Bub and Beyond. No stall position selection will be available to applicants.

Food trucks and food suppliers are welcome to apply, please note you will require your own public liability.

Power is available to all food and beverage stands / trucks and a limited number of stands

All stall holders will need to have their own public liability insurance. If you do not submit your insurance documentation with your application  you will be charged an additional $5 to be covered under The Bump, Bub and Beyonds policy.

You undertake to ensure that all Emergency exit doors are free and unencumbered. Such exits are not to be obstructed at any time.

You warrant that all electrical equipment being brought to the The Bump, Bub and Beyond must be tagged and tested to Australian Standards prior to entering the premises. Failure to do so may result in your stall being cancelled and all fees payable being forfeited.

Termination of contract by either party will be accepted in written form only.

If cancelled earlier then 4 weeks of scheduled event 100% of your fees will be refunded minus a $10 admission fee.

If cancelled within 4 weeks of scheduled event 50% of your fees will be refunded.

If cancelled within 2 weeks of scheduled event no money will be refunded.  In cases where payment has not been made, 100% of full stand fees is payable.

The Bump, Bub and Beyond may immediately terminate, or cancel your stall and you must immediately pay any money owed to The Bump, Bub and Beyond if you breach any term of these terms and conditions.
